This pan is excellent for big, moist breakfast muffins that will take you through to lunch. Measuring 3-3/4 inches in diameter and just a smidgen less than 2 inches deep, the cups can also be lined with parchment to serve as ramekins for little cakes and puddings. Its sturdy aluminized steel is of a professional quality and exceptionally durable, good for years of Sunday morning muffin baking, and the large size helps keeps muffins moist.
