Measuring 3-3/4 inches in diameter and slightly less than 2 inches deep, the cups can also be lined with parchment to serve as ramekins for little cakes and puddings. As with all Silverstone coated pans, you'll probably need to set the cooking temperature 25 degrees lower than a recipe calls for, because the pan's dark color absorbs heat.
