When I unboxed this item, toner flowed from the package and the cartridge all over my computer desk, shirt, pants, etc. Have supported printers for over twenty five years and there is no way this cartridge fits snugly in the printer. Printer just errors about page and toner. I played with it for over two hours trying to find the magic "knock" but this cartridge can't possibly work with this printer. Just attempted to contact technical support but they are out until Monday... I gave this item one star because I couldn't post without one. Buyer beware.
